Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in a high-pressure professional environment, where I learned firsthand about stress, perfectionism, and the toll of constantly showing up for others. That experience deepened my respect for resilience — and my belief that slowing down, reflecting, and reconnecting to yourself can be profoundly healing.
